Fasting Day 4



Today's been even easier than the other days, I genuinely haven't even thought about food until maybe 4 or 5pm, it's nice not having to worry about it actually. I didn't have anyway till then either, so that kinda curber the hunger a bit.
I went for a nice long run at about 3pm, about 1 mile and 3/4, (took 12 mins per mile) and followed it up with a 30 mins yoga session. I think it's the perfect combo to be honest: a run helps you warm up for yoga, and yoga helps you cool down and stretch out the muscles you used. I felt great afterwards.
The only blip today is that my housemate has cooked my some dinner, which is lovely of her, and she thought it was my eating day. It wont be any more than 500 cals though, so I'm still within the days limit, should be fine right?
I also had a tsp of Coconut Oil before the run.
