Fasting Day 3 - 160.8 lbs

So I've decided to try this fasting thing with my boyfriend and see what all the fuss is about. IT seems bloggin/diaries help people with diets and stuff, so I'm giving it a whack. I've completed two whole fasting days (well, kinda) so far, although the first one we gave up on (it was really sunny and we were at a BBQ) and the second one I think we completed, but I did eat a pear and basically drank juice all day long. So I'm going to try today and just drink water and green tea. We will see, I'm kinda hungry but I'm just sat at a desk so I expect that. On Sunday I was working in the pub in my other job and it smelt like food, but that wasn't too bad surprisingly.
I tsp extra virgin coconut oil
Drank a few cups of green tea, some water but felt faint and dizzy and sick at about half 3 so I had a couple of coffees and that helped a lot.
Also had a slim a soup and a tiny taste of avocado, and another tsp of coconut oil
Exercise
Ran for ten mins
Started yoga but only for 5 mins as I had to shower for work
It's a challenge today because after the staff meeting there's a leaving do for a colleague and decently good friend, Laura. They all want to get very drunk, but drinking on an empty stomach especially with work the next day is the worst idea ever, so I'll be exercising self control and passing.

There was a staff party tonight an I had 2 G&T's and now I feel instantly tipsy/woozy. Don't recommend at all.
Also had a taste of the chocolate covered popcorn, according to the packaging I consumed less then 40 cals tho, so I don't feel too guilty right now...
