So I've had a busy weekend, working a lot, but I haven't fallen off the bandwagon.
I weighed myself less though, last tim I was 164 lbs and yesterday I was159 lbs. I just don't weigh consistantly at the same time of day, cos my schedule's all messed up.
I've been pretty good on fast days, not eating if I can, or else justa few hundred cals. Sometimes I feel a bit faint befre/during a long/busy/hot shift, so I'll eatsomething; fruit, cereal, something healthy.
Today I've had a slice of granary toast for breakfast and some pineapple and lemonade at my desk, I love this drink, it's awesome, everyone should try it. Also if you're ever drinking and bored, try coconut rum in pneapple juice wiuth a tiny dash of lemonade on top. Wow.
